\tEl 17 de septiembre de 1973 fue muerto Luis Alfredo ALMONACID ARELLANO, de 42 a\u00f1os, profesor y dirigente del magisterio, ex candidato a Regidor y militante del Partido Comunista. Antecedentes y testimonios recogidos por esta Comisi\u00f3n se\u00f1alan que el afectado fue detenido en su domicilio en la ciudad de Rancagua por efectivos de Carabineros el d\u00eda 16 de septiembre de 1973. En el trayecto entre su residencia y el furg\u00f3n policial, fue ametrallado por sus captores. Carabineros trasladaron a la v\u00edctima al Hospital de Rancagua, donde falleci\u00f3 al d\u00eda siguiente a causa de heridas a bala.\r\n\r\nTeniendo a la vista los antecedentes expuestos, la Comisi\u00f3n adquiri\u00f3 la convicci\u00f3n que Luis Almonacid fue ejecutado por agentes del Estado al margen de todo proceso y ello representa una violaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos de la v\u00edctima.\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
