El se percat\u00f3 de esta situaci\u00f3n y trat\u00f3 de huir en el taxi en que se movilizaba, produci\u00e9ndose en ese momento el enfrentamiento con los polic\u00edas que le caus\u00f3 la muerte.\r\n\r\nLa Comisi\u00f3n ha llegado a la convicci\u00f3n de que Ricardo RUZ es una v\u00edctima de la violencia pol\u00edtica.\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\tRicardo Delf\u00edn Ruz Za\u00f1artu, 34 a\u00f1os, profesor, militante del Movimiento de Izquierda Revolucionaria (MIR).
