Sus restos fueron retirados por familiares desde el Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal.\r\n\r\nPese a no haber podido establecer las circunstancias precisas en que fue herido por bala, atendidas la \u00e9poca y causa de la muerte, el Consejo Superior declar\u00f3 a Jos\u00e9 del Carmen Chand\u00eda San Mart\u00edn v\u00edctima de la violencia pol\u00edtica imperante.\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\tJos\u00e9 del Carmen Chand\u00eda San Mart\u00edn, 36 a\u00f1os, mec\u00e1nico.
