\tEl 9 de octubre de 1973 fue detenido por funcionarios de Carabineros Juan LLEUCUN LLEUCUN, 56 a\u00f1os, Inspector Distrital nombrado por el gobierno de la Unidad Popular, militante del Partido Radical. La detenci\u00f3n se practic\u00f3 en su domicilio de la isla Meul\u00edn, Chilo\u00e9, siendo trasladado posteriormente al Ret\u00e9n de Quenac, en estado inconsciente, en raz\u00f3n de los malos tratos recibidos, donde fallece el d\u00eda 10 de octubre de 1973.\r\n\r\nLa Comisi\u00f3n se form\u00f3 la convicci\u00f3n que la muerte de Juan Lleuc\u00fan constituye una violaci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos de responsabilidad de agentes del Estado, en raz\u00f3n de testimonios recibidos que acreditan la detenci\u00f3n y los malos tratos a que fue sometido la v\u00edctima, como asimismo que su muerte se produjo en el interior del Ret\u00e9n de Quenac.\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
