Al parecer su detenci\u00f3n se debi\u00f3 a que su c\u00f3nyuge, la que posteriormente sali\u00f3 del pa\u00eds, era militante del MIR.<\/p>\n<p>Desde esa oportunidad no se han vuelto a tener noticias suyas.<\/p>\n<p>A la Comisi\u00f3n le asiste la convicci\u00f3n de que Sergio Vera fue privado de su libertad por agentes del Estado y que como consecuencia de esto se encuentra desaparecido<\/p>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<cite><br>Para revisar informaci\u00f3n judicial sobre esta persona acceda al repositorio del Proyecto Expedientes de la Represi\u00f3n, que recopila las sentencias judiciales dictadas en los procesos penales ya concluidos por violaciones de derechos humanos cometidas durante la dictadura.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/expedientesdelarepresion.cl\/causa\/sergio-emilio-vera-figueroa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"126\" height=\"121\" src=\"https:\/\/interactivos.museodelamemoria.cl\/victimas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/logo-expedientes-de-la-represion_ok-e1721845389628.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5088\" style=\"width:106px;height:auto\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\tSergio Emilio Vera Figueroa, 27 a\u00f1os,  empleado.
