El 6 de septiembre de 1975 fue detenido por funcionarios de Carabineros, el militante del PS, Gustavo Guillermo RAMIREZ CALDERON, quien fue trasladado al Campamento de Cuatro Alamos, lugar en que fue entregado a agentes de la DINA, siendo posteriormente trasladado a Villa Grimaldi. El Ministerio del Interior reconoci\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n del afectado y su permanencia en Cuatro Alamos, lugar desde el cual asegur\u00f3 \u00e9ste hab\u00eda recobrado su libertad el 18 de noviembre de 1975. Sin embargo, Gustavo Guillermo Ram\u00edrez fue visto por \u00faltima vez, precisamente en esa fecha, en Villa Grimaldi, y desde entonces se encuentra desaparecido.<\/p>\n

La Comisi\u00f3n est\u00e1 convencida de que su desaparici\u00f3n fue obra de agentes del Estado, quienes violaron as\u00ed sus derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n
