En horas de la tarde, se realizaron manifestaciones antigubernamentales en la poblaci\u00f3n Sara Gajardo (Santiago).  Carabineros intervino haciendo uso de bombas lacrim\u00f3genas y armas de fuego, caus\u00e1ndole la muerte por traumatismo t\u00f3raco cardio pulmonar por bala.\r\n\r\nTestimonios veros\u00edmiles llevan a esta Comisi\u00f3n a presumir que los agentes de Carabineros se excedieron en el uso de la fuerza, violando el derecho a la vida de V\u00edctor Manuel Quezada.\r\n\r\n\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\tV\u00edctor Manuel Quezada Oviedo, 48 a\u00f1os, empleado.
