Horas m\u00e1s tarde ambos comerciantes fueron detenidos sin que se haya vuelto a tener noticias de ellos.\r\n\r\nLa Comisi\u00f3n ha llegado a la convicci\u00f3n de que la desaparici\u00f3n de Manuel Ferm\u00edn Palma y Alfonso Ren\u00e9 Sep\u00falveda fue obra de agentes del Estado, quienes violaron as\u00ed sus derechos humanos.\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\tAlfonso Ren\u00e9 Sep\u00falveda Montanares, 20 a\u00f1os, comerciante.
