La Comisi\u00f3n considera que Dagoberto P\u00e9rez cay\u00f3 a consecuencias de la violencia pol\u00edtica.\r\n\r\nNelson Guti\u00e9rrez, segundo jefe del MIR, logr\u00f3 huir herido del enfrentamiento de Malloco.
