El protocolo de autopsia se\u00f1ala igual causa de muerte que el caso anterior.\r\n\r\nNo obstante carecer de elementos que permitan precisar las circunstancias espec\u00edficas de ambos hechos, y considerando los antecedentes generales del per\u00edodo esta Comisi\u00f3n se form\u00f3 convicci\u00f3n que Jos\u00e9 Veloso y Benjam\u00edn Bustos cayeron v\u00edctimas de la violencia pol\u00edtica de ese momento.\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\tJos\u00e9 Segundo Veloso Araya, 43 a\u00f1os, carpintero.
