Posteriormente su cuerpo fue encontrado por la familia en el Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal, inform\u00e1ndosele que hab\u00eda muerto por infringir el toque de queda.  \r\n\r\nLa Comisi\u00f3n se form\u00f3 la convicci\u00f3n que en la muerte de Luis Alberto Valdivia se produjo violaci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos, producto del uso irracional de la fuerza por parte de los agentes estatales a cargo del orden p\u00fablico.\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\tLuis Alberto Valdivia Contreras, 32 a\u00f1os, cargador.
