Su certificado de defunci\u00f3n dice que su muerte se debi\u00f3 a \u00abherida a bala\u00bb con salida de proyectil en fecha 14 de septiembre de 1973.\r\n\r\nSi bien esta Comisi\u00f3n no conoce las circunstancias en que muere Luis Rojas, las caracter\u00edsticas del per\u00edodo y su muerte por bala, la llevan a formarse la convicci\u00f3n que esta persona es v\u00edctima inocente de la violencia pol\u00edtica existente en el pa\u00eds.\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\tLuis Alfredo Rojas Gonz\u00e1lez, 36 a\u00f1os.
