El d\u00eda de los hechos el afectado se dirig\u00eda a su domicilio en horas del toque de queda cuando fue interceptado por una patrulla militar, siendo golpeado y obligado a correr hasta que cay\u00f3 exhausto. Al ser obligado a ponerse de pie y no poder hacerlo, recibi\u00f3 un disparo en el abdomen, falleciendo en el Hospital Base de Osorno.
