El 16 de enero de 1975 fue detenido en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica en el centro de Santiago, el profesor y militante del MIR Jos\u00e9 Patricio Del Carmen LEON GALVEZ. Al d\u00eda siguiente un civil acudi\u00f3 al trabajo de su hermano y le inform\u00f3 de la detenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El detenido desapareci\u00f3 en poder de la DINA, en violaci\u00f3n de sus derechos humanos, habiendo testimonios de su presencia en el recinto de Villa Grimaldi.<\/p>\n\n\n
