Seg\u00fan antecedentes que obran en poder de esta Comisi\u00f3n, su situaci\u00f3n se relaciona estrechamente con el caso de la triple desaparici\u00f3n de los militantes comunistas en Buenos Aires Ricardo Ram\u00edrez, H\u00e9ctor Vel\u00e1squez y Alexei Jaccard como consecuencia del operativo de la DINA en Buenos Aires, en el cual los agentes encontraron el nombre de la v\u00edctima como \u00abenlace financiero\u00bb del PC entre Argentina y Chile.
