Hab\u00eda llegado a ese pa\u00eds desde Hungr\u00eda a principios de ese mes. El d\u00eda 24 mes revel\u00f3 ante las oficinas del CEAS, repartici\u00f3n de la Iglesia Cat\u00f3lica que trabajaba en coordinaci\u00f3n con ACNUR, en la Capital Federal sentirse perseguida y solicit\u00f3 el estatus de refugiada.\r\n\r\nAun cuando no queda ninguna duda sobre la situaci\u00f3n de violaci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos de la que fue objeto Cristina Carre\u00f1o, ya que existen numerosos testimonios relativos a su reclusi\u00f3n en El Banco y El Olympo de Buenos Aires, recintos pertenecientes a la polic\u00eda argentina, la Comisi\u00f3n no puede afirmar que cabe responsabilidad en estos hechos a agentes del Estado de Chile.\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\tCristina Carre\u00f1o Araya, 33 a\u00f1os, militante del Partido Comunista.
