Desde ese d\u00eda no regres\u00f3 m\u00e1s a su hogar. Posteriormente, numerosas personas informaron a los parientes de Moyano que hab\u00edan visto su cuerpo en el R\u00edo Donguil. Sin embargo, la b\u00fasqueda de su familia result\u00f3 infructuosa. Hasta la fecha no ha sido encontrado.\r\n\r\nAtendida su militancia, lo frecuente de estos hechos en el per\u00edodo y las dem\u00e1s circunstancias de su desaparici\u00f3n, esta Comisi\u00f3n puede presumir en ella la responsabilidad de agentes del Estado.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\tNicanor Moyano Vald\u00e9s, 49, comerciante, militante del Partido Socialista.
