Carabineros intent\u00f3 disolver esas manifestaciones haciendo uso de bombas lacrim\u00f3genas primero y luego disparando sus armas de fuego.  Una de esas balas lo hiri\u00f3 caus\u00e1ndole la muerte en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.\r\n\r\nLos antecedentes reunidos en la Comisi\u00f3n permiten formarse convicci\u00f3n que Jorge Enrique Araya fue v\u00edctima de violaci\u00f3n a sus derechos humanos de responsabilidad de los funcionarios policiales, quienes actuaron haciendo uso excesivo de fuerza.\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\tJorge Enrique Araya Rojas, 21 a\u00f1os, se desempe\u00f1aba en el Programa Ocupacional para Jefes de Hogar (POJH).
